Return & Refund Policy
At DSTRCT, all items are released in limited quantities. Because of this, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- incorrect size selection
- change of mind
Please make sure to check sizing and product details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
Include your order number and photos of the issue.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
EU Orders
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unworn and unused
- Tags must still be attached
- Original packaging must be included
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
